A blend of the three great grapes of Champagne (40% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay) this wine spends a couple of years on lees prior to disgorgement and dosage is just 4.5g/L, meaning the wine is extra brut (extra dry).
Patisserie, spice and marzipan on the nose, with plenty of citrus zest on the palate, this wine is lovely as an apéritif but will also work well with pork or cheeses.
