80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, this gorgeous pink Champagne shows off the beautiful red fruit of the Pinot Noir. Strawberry and raspberry are joined by rose, pink grapefruit, pomegranate and marshmallow on the palate.
This wine will, of course, be magnificent as an apéritif but consider pairing it with classics such as beef carpaccio or linguine with tomatoes, basil and parmesan – or even desserts (with, of course, pink Reims biscuits!).
