Coates La Petite Cuvee Sparkling Red

A sparkling Shiraz (with a touch of extra complexity from some Cabernet) made from fruit from both McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills. The wine has been matured in French oak, so alongside the delicious ripe blackberry you also get spice and mocha. The slight sweetness is balanced by the wine’s tannins and great length.
