Freycinet Radenti R3 Sparkling

Overall 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, the R3 is a blend of wines from three vintages. Produced using the traditional method (as used in Champagne), the wine spends an extended 4 years on lees leading to great length as well as the amazing honey, toast and brioche characters you’d expect from a top flight sparkling wine.

After this bottle ageing, this is ready to drink on release but you can cellar carefully for 5 to 10 years.
