Gaelic Cemetery’s flagship Riesling, made only in small volumes and sourced exclusively from the Gaelic Cemetery vineyard. The wine is named in honour of John McAskill who donated land to be used as a cemetery for the Scottish pioneers of the Clare Valley.
On the palate expect lemon drops, finger limes, and, of course, plenty of mouth-watering acidity. You can drink now or you can cellar for 10 or more years. Buy a few and work out exactly how much age suits your palate.
