Golding is one of our favourite Adelaide Hills’ producers: a small, family owned winery which has gone from strength to strength over the last 5-10 years.
The Hills’ cool climate makes it perfect for bubbles and the Last Hurrah is a consistent performer. It’s a Pinot Noir/Chardonnay blend with citrus, hints of red fruit and brioche as well as plenty of refreshing acidity.
