We love something a bit different here at Wine Academy so what better than a wine named after the Archangel Gabriel?

This wine is made from the white grape Pecorino (yes, we know it’s also a cheese!) which is found predominantly in eastern Italy, including Abruzzo from where this wine comes. Think crisp and refreshing with lemon and herbal notes.
