A very intense, sweet wine from Hungary, laden with dried apricot, orange peel, marmalade, and the spicy notes of crystallised ginger.
Coming in at almost 200g/L residual sugar, this sweetness is balanced by incredibly acidity and makes it quite a versatile wine. You could enjoy this as an apéritif, or pair with a sweet, fruity dessert, but try it with a hard, strong cheese or just substitute it for dessert itself!
