Snake + Herring is a small winery founded in 2010 by two friends who discovered wine making was more interesting than the careers they had originally embarked on.
This wine has been fined using organic egg white.
With Margaret River’s climate so similar to that of Bordeaux, it’s hardly a surprise to find the region produces quality Cabernet Sauvignon.
This wine is almost 90% Cab Sav, with the balance rounded out by Merlot and Petit Verdot. It is smooth, easy drinking and delicious. A crowd pleaser which over-delivers, it is definitely one of our winter favourites.
