West Cape Howe Cape to Cape Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is the classic Western Australian blend. This wine is 70% Semillon (and yes, 30% Sauvignon Blanc) all sourced from vineyards in WA’s Great Southern region.

The emphasis is on a bright, refreshing drink now wine – harvested at night, fermented cool and bottled early – so the wine shows passionfruit, pear and a touch of cut grass, with great acidity.
