If you enter your postcode and no shipping rate is shown, please get in touch and we’ll sort it out for you!

Free delivery is available for certain South Australian postcodes – if you are eligible, at checkout “Flat Rate – Free Local Delivery” will show as your shipping option.

When your wine is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details.

We use sendle as our default courier partner but they can only deliver to street addresses, not PO boxes or parcel lockers. To avoid delays in receiving your delivery, please use an address where someone will be (such as a work address) or specify somewhere safe the wine can be left. If your shipping address is a PO box or somewhere sendle doesn’t deliver, we’ll use AustraliaPost.

Wine that is in stock will be dispatched within 2 business days, unless we are experiencing extremely hot weather. In that case, we’ll be in touch!  Wine that is on back order will be dispatched as soon as possible and we will keep you updated with your order’s progress.

If your order is time sensitive, please let us know in the ‘Order Notes’.

INSURANCE

In general, insurance will be included with your order. For extremely high value orders, we’ll let you know optional insurance costs.

ECO-FRIENDLY

Wine is heavy and fragile. We try to be as eco-friendly as possible and, as a rule, our packaging is entirely recyclable. Most of our packaging is cardboard and where plastic is used (single and twin pack orders, for example) the plastic inserts are also recyclable.

Our main courier, Sendle, is also carbon-neutral.
