70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, this Champagne from grower-producer Paul Dethune, with reserve wines of up to 40 years of age making up between 30 and 50% of the blend.

Dosage is just 5g/L making this a very dry Champagne – perfect to pair with your usual favourites but also try with dishes such as steak tartare.
