Description
We are very excited to offer the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines via the WSET’s Online Classroom.
This means that you can now study for your WSET Level 2 Award in Wines from the comfort of your sofa (wearing your trackies, if that’s how you roll!).
You have the option of sitting your exam in person (in Adelaide) or via remote invigilation . Remote invigilation does incur an additional cost of $60 (inc GST), but allows you the flexibility of completing your qualification at a time that suits you if the scheduled date does not work for you. Remote invigilation is invoiced separately, when you book in for your exam. Please note that remote invigilation is not available in mainland China or in the UAE.
The exam re-sit fee for this course is $250.
The WSET’s Online Classroom course commences Monday 9 December 2024 and wraps up on Sunday 12 January 2025. There are no live sessions so your study fits your routine.
You can download the formal course specification from the WSET website here.
Because we now have the option of remote invigilation, this is perfect for anyone living in regional Australia. Read more about remote invigilation.
Note that exams need to be completed by 15 June 2025.
Please note that the course fee does NOT include any sample wines. We provide students with example wine lists from classroom courses and we also offer a tasting pack to match the tasting samples recommended in the online classroom. Buy the tasting pack and course together and SAVE $20.
Level 2 students do receive the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines study pack and that regional & interstate students will see a shipping charge added on checkout to cover this cost. Please note that the study packs are sent via courier as signature on delivery (NOT AusPost).
Registration is required by COB Friday 29 November 2024.
We advise against signing up with generic work email addresses (eg admin@myworkplace.com) – email addresses are used in part to identify students so using a personal email address is a better choice.
Please sign up to our mailing list on checkout as this will ensure you receive emails associated with course information as promptly as possible. As always … check your spam!
