Delinquente Screaming Betty Vermentino 2022

I’m a big fan of many Italian grape varieties and was thinking I had a Vermentino shaped hole in the wine list. Fortunately, a good customer came to my rescue, recommending this Riverland wine. I ordered some in to have a try and I was blown away – it’s delicious! Ever so food-friendly but also a lovely wine to sip at the end of the day. If you’ve got some oysters to hand, that would make a fab pairing. Think citrus with a hint of spice and a crisp, refreshing finish. Yum!
